The National Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC) announced today the revision of the service quality assessment indicators at the main airports managed by ANA - Aeroportos e Navegação Aérea. This change comes within the scope of an update to the parameters used to measure the performance of services provided to passengers.
The changes focus mainly on two fundamental aspects: baggage delivery and the mediation of security screening times. The air regulator thus proceeded with a reassessment of the standards that allow measuring the quality of services provided to users at Portuguese airports under ANA management.
