The Municipality of Tábua inaugurated this morning the Biomass Park of Venda da Serra, in the parish of Mouronho. This is the second infrastructure of this type created in the Municipality of Tábua, intended for the reception of forest and agricultural residues.
The park was developed under the project "Regional Networks for Valorization of Woody Biomass", promoted by the Intermunicipal Community of the Coimbra Region. This infrastructure aims to contribute to the valorization of forest and agricultural resources of the region, allowing a better use of the surplus materials from these activities.
