A toaster ended up causing a commotion on Friday afternoon, September 4, in a residence located in the Baixa of Coimbra. A student thought it was a real emergency and called the firefighters.
The firefighters went to the scene with emergency vehicles, but when they arrived they discovered that the situation was not as serious as it seemed. The alarm was caused only by burnt bread in the toaster.
