MC Guimê announced on social media that his career will undergo a transition in musical genre, abandoning funk to dedicate himself to gospel. The singer, known for hits like "Plaque de 100", "Na pista eu arraso" and "País do futebol", stated that this change represents a great personal dream. "I have a grand dream in my heart to sing only for God and I know that day will come," Guimê declared.
The singer believes his testimony and his story can touch and transform many people. "I know that, through my testimony, my story, many people will be touched, many souls will be transformed. I believe in this," he added, also saying that every step taken toward his purpose brings him closer to the fulfillment of this prophecy.
