Bodycam footage released on Thursday by a police department in Pennsylvania, United States, shows the moment officers discovered the body of a university student inside the trunk of a car. The young woman was identified as Karoline Jordyn Heintz.

The primary suspect in the crime is Royce Joel Moser, an 18-year-old young man. Police were able to identify Moser as responsible for the student's death.

Authorities also believe that Royce Joel Moser's mother helped cover up the crime, playing a role in the attempt to hide the victim's body.

New scam: GNR warns about fake bank letters with credit cards

GNR issued a national alert about a new type of scam arriving directly in Portuguese mailboxes through fraudulent letters disguised as official bank communications, accompanied by physical cards bearing the victim's name. The scheme uses the concept of quishing, replacing email hyperlinks with physical QR codes, pressuring victims to urgently activate supposed new cards under threat of account blocking. When scanning the QR code, the victim is redirected to a fake website that mimics the bank's portal, where home banking access credentials, passwords, and authentication codes are stolen. GNR warns that elderly people are particularly vulnerable and recommends not interacting with QR codes, contacting only official bank channels, and activating cards only at Multibanco machines or through the official application.
