The Justice of Piauí suspended the punishment applied to the company Recicle Serviços de Limpeza, which had been barred from participating in public tenders and contracts for a period of three years. The decision was made by the Court of the 2nd Vara.
The company, responsible for garbage collection in Teresina, was prohibited from operating in the public sector since last June. The punishment was suspended after the granting of a provisional injunction in favor of Recicle.
With the judicial decision, the company may return to participate in bidding processes and celebrate new contracts with the public power while the case is not definitively judged. The precautionary measure was granted by the court responsible for the judgment of the question.
