Portugal will hold three Treasury Bond auctions next week, on September 9 at 10:30 AM, to raise a maximum of 1.75 billion euros.
The operation was announced by the Treasury and Public Debt Management Agency, known as IGCP, through a press release sent to media outlets. This agency is the body responsible for managing Portuguese public debt.
The three scheduled auctions aim to raise financing on the debt market, allowing the Portuguese State to obtain the necessary funds to cover its financing needs during this period. The amount of up to 1.75 billion euros represents the total amount Portugal intends to raise through this operation.
