The Judicial Police, through the Directorate of Lisbon and Tagus Valley, detained two men, aged 25 and 36, suspected of having robbed a pharmacy at gunpoint. During the robbery, the assailants restrained an employee of the establishment, probably to ensure there would be no resistance or attempts to call for help.
The two suspects were located and arrested by the authorities, and are currently detained. The investigations remain the responsibility of the Judicial Police, which will be analyzing the evidence collected at the scene and confirming the participation of the detainees in the crime.
