Biqueirão, pata-roxa and medronho at the table of the first Adiafa ARVAD

Chefs José Pinheiro, from the restaurant Eira do Mel, and João Marreiros, from LOKI, cooked together in Estômbar to celebrate the end of the harvest.

The event marked the first edition of Adiafa ARVAD, bringing together at the table traditional ingredients from the region such as biqueirão, pata-roxa and medronho. The collaboration between the two chefs resulted in a dinner that sought to highlighted the local flavors and the gastronomy of the Algarve.
