Fuels set to soar again and diesel prepares for new all-time high next week

Fuel prices in Portugal are set to rise significantly again. According to forecasts from the National Association of Fuel Retailers (ANAREC), diesel is expected to increase by 15 cents per liter.

This rise will cause diesel to reach a new all-time high next week, according to the same projections.

As for 95-octane gasoline, the expected increase is more than ten cents per liter, also representing a considerable burden for consumers.

The final values still depend on possible adjustments by fuel companies, although the projections point to a continuation of the upward trend in fuel prices.
