Municipal Auditorium of Olhão reopens in September with new cultural season

The Maria Barroso Municipal Auditorium reopens this month for a new cultural season, with a program that includes cinema, music and fado. The agenda kicks off on September 12th, at 7:00 PM, with a silent film concert of the classic "The General" by Buster Keaton, accompanied live by the Algarve Orchestra. This initiative is part of the Bicentenary Celebrations of the Municipal Council of Olhão.

The programming continues on September 20th, at 4:00 PM, with another edition of "Fado on Sundays", this time with the voice of Pedro Calado. Admission is free.

On the 26th, at 9:30 PM, the auditorium hosts fadista Ricardo Ribeiro for a concert with his "unmistakable voice", according to the organizers.

The September programming ends on the 27th, at 4:00 PM, with a new "Fado on Sundays", this time with the interpretation of Teresa Viola. This session also has free admission. Tickets for paid performances are available at the box office of the Maria Barroso Municipal Auditorium of Olhão and at the usual outlets.
