With businessman's testimony, what remains to be clarified about the 'Dark Horse' case in four points

oglobo4 September 2026 at 07:30

The Attorney General's Office (PGR) closed a plea agreement with businessman Antonio Carlos Freixo Júnior, known as Mineiro, owner of the company Entre Investimentos e Participações. He was the operator responsible for making money transfers between banker Daniel Vorcaro and the production of the film "Dark Horse," which tells the political trajectory of former president Jair Bolsonaro.

The collaboration agreement may begin to clarify issues that remain open about the case. Among the points that may be clarified are the origin of the resources transferred by the Havengate fund, based in the United States, for the film production, as well as the nature of this fund and the details of the investments made.

Banker Daniel Vorcaro, involved in the transfers, commented on the situation, saying he thought he had built a system to protect himself, but that everything turned against him. The investigation revolves around understanding the entire money flow between those involved and the film production.

The "Dark Horse" case remains under investigation, with Freixo Júnior's collaboration potentially bringing more light on the payments made and the connections between the characters involved in the financial operation related to the film about Bolsonaro.
