A 44-year-old man, of foreign nationality, was detained by PSP in Marinha Grande after being intercepted driving with a blood alcohol level of 3.12 grams per liter, almost four times the legal limit.

In addition to driving under the influence of alcohol, the individual is also suspected of having fueled at a gas station without paying for the gasoline.

The detainee also missed the judicial interrogation he was supposed to attend, which worsened his legal situation.

The authorities proceeded with his detention and the man was subject to coercive measures within the framework of the case.
