Nine days after the flash floods that caused hundreds of deaths in Nepal and Tibet, rescue teams managed to rescue two workers alive. The two survivors worked at a hydroelectric power plant.

The flash floods caused hundreds of deaths in both regions. The rescue took place after several days of intense searching.

Authorities continue to work on rescue operations in the affected areas.

Wanted for attempted homicide in Brazil detained in Lisbon
