Margarida recounted that she would sing the phrase "Welcome to the enchanted world..." and that she would arrive at school proud of statements like "Do you know who sings this? It's me!"
In addition to her career as a performer and songwriter, Margarida Campelo studied jazz and currently teaches this discipline. The artist also has experience in the Festival da Canção, the music competition that selects Portugal's representative for Eurovision.
