The problems were mainly reported in Lisbon and Porto, the two largest cities in the country. However, complaints were also registered in other Portuguese cities, including Braga, Coimbra, Leiria, and Faro.
The geographic spread of the complaints indicates that the technical failure affected users in various regions of Portugal, not limited only to the main urban centers.
