As the end of summer approaches, accommodation prices in the Algarve begin to drop, opening the door to better deals on an "All Inclusive" basis. This is the case at the Mónica Isabel Beach Club resort, located next to Praia do Forte São João in Albufeira, where a night's stay for two people on this basis costs 121 euros (60.50 euros per person) on the night of November 4th to 5th.
The resort features double or twin rooms with air conditioning and a private balcony, most with views of the Atlantic Ocean. Among the facilities are an indoor and outdoor pool, a bar with views of the sunrise, a buffet restaurant, and a beach kiosk serving sandwiches and ice creams. Guests also have sun loungers and umbrellas available at the beach.
The center of Albufeira is approximately two kilometers from the resort, while the nearest golf course is about six kilometers away. The historic area of the city preserves marks of its Islamic past, with narrow streets, white houses, and archaeological remains from the 12th and 13th centuries in the Old Town, including the Clock Tower and the Santa Ana Gate. The city also features religious buildings such as the Church of São Sebastião, which houses the Sacred Art Museum, and points of interest such as Rua 5 de Outubro, the Pau da Bandeira viewpoint, and Albufeira Marina.
