A 65-year-old man died today in Vila Maior, in the municipality of São Pedro do Sul, during a work accident. The information was confirmed by the commander of the Public Salvation Firefighters.

The man was carrying out cleaning work on a well when the accident occurred. According to the fire brigade source, when he tried to remove a stone, it ended up falling on him.

The victim was 65 years old and no further information about their identity or other personal details has been disclosed. The accident occurred during the afternoon.
