The exhibition "Traces of Nature" brings together a collection of drawings inspired by the beauty of animals and nature, in an artistic proposal where the author seeks to transport forms, colors and details of the natural world onto paper. The show was inaugurated on the 3rd and will be on display until September 30th in the exhibition space of the Municipal Library of Setúbal.
Birds take particular prominence in the exhibited collection, with works dedicated to species such as the kingfisher, the owl, the peacock, macaws and toucans, alongside representations of flowers, fruits and other natural elements. The presented works explore different approaches and techniques, from more detailed and contrasting drawings, in black and white, to compositions marked by the intensity of color.
The initiative is organized by the Setúbal City Council. Until September 15th, the exhibition can be visited Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. From September 16th onwards, the hours change to 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Saturdays. Entry is free.
