The young man from Vizela shot in the head remains hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit of Hospital de Braga, in an induced coma, being in stable condition. The medical team plans to proceed with his awakening next Sunday, a moment that will allow evaluating the evolution of his clinical condition and his reactions after the shot.
The shot was allegedly fired accidentally by the owner of the café, a 25-year-old young man. The case is being investigated by the Judicial Police of Braga, which designated the owner of the establishment as a defendant, although he has not been detained.
