The reinforcement of public guarantees in housing credit has been increasing. This measure aims to support borrowers in accessing financing for purchasing their own home.
The trend observed up to now indicates that the guarantee is applied almost invariably at the maximum possible value. This maximum limit corresponds to 15% of the value of the acquired property.
This situation suggests that both financial institutions and buyers are fully utilizing the available guarantees. The main objective is to facilitate access to housing credit under more favorable conditions.
