The Iranian army claimed to have attacked US bases located in Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. This military action represents a significant escalation in tensions between the two countries.

According to the Iranian army's statement, the attacks were launched in revenge for the blood of innocent people and brave men of the Armed Forces who died in the most recent US attacks against Iran.

The US attacks mentioned in the statement caused at least 18 dead and around 150 wounded, provoking the Iranian military response against American targets in the Persian Gulf region.
