Santa Clara hires central defender Ythallo for three seasons

Santa Clara, a Portuguese League team based in Ponta Delgada, announced the signing of central defender Ythallo for a period of three seasons, with a contract until June 2029. The player arrived at the Azorean club coming from Botafogo.

Ythallo, a central defender by training, will reinforce the defensive sector of the "crimson ones" from Ponta Delgada for the coming seasons. This signing represents another bet by Santa Clara in the transfer market.

The Brazilian player was linked to Botafogo before heading to Portuguese football. With the move to the Azores, Ythallo begins a new phase of his professional career in the Portuguese Primeira Liga.
