The Attorney General's Office closed a plea deal with businessman Antonio Carlos Freixo Júnior, known as "Mineiro," owner of the company Entre Investimentos. According to the CBN commentator and columnist for O Globo, this company was identified as the financial bridge used by Daniel Vorcaro to send money to the production of the film "Dark Horse." The terms of the agreement were sent to the office of Minister André Mendonça, responsible for the homologation.
In the annexes delivered to investigators, Freixo detailed international transfers to an account managed by a lawyer linked to Eduardo Bolsonaro, in addition to cash transfers made in suitcases. The Federal Police and the PGR are investigating whether the amount was actually used to finance the feature film or if it covered expenses abroad.
The plea deal reinforces the evidence that the transfers continued until September 2025, which contradicts the version presented by Senator and presidential candidate Flávio Bolsonaro regarding the case.
