The GNR seized 400 kilos of cocaine in Setúbal, in an operation that resulted in the arrest of one man. The operation allowed authorities to intercept a significant amount of drugs in the district.

At least eight suspects were spotted by authorities during the operation. However, security forces only managed to arrest one of the individuals involved.

The remaining seven suspects managed to flee on foot, managing to escape authorities. Searches to locate the fugitives are expected to continue in the surrounding area.
