The Portuguese Institute for the Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) forecasts for this Thursday, September 3, in the Madeira archipelago, generally partly cloudy skies, with periods of greater cloudiness from the afternoon. The wind should blow weak to moderate, between 10 and 25 km/h, from the northeast, gradually turning to north. A small rise in maximum temperature is also forecast for the highlands. For the Funchal region, the forecast points to generally partly cloudy skies and weak wind, below 15 km/h.
