An anonymous complaint reached the Management Board of the Parliament accusing the aide of the secretary-general of "persecutions and illegalities" related to labor harassment. The complaint was subsequently archived.
The complaint pointed to dozens of hirings carried out in prison services, the Judicial Police, and the Ministry of Internal Administration to fill leadership positions at the Parliament.
The case directly involves the aide of the secretary-general of parliament, who was identified as the target of accusations of irregular practices and workplace persecutions.
Following the initial investigation, the Management Board decided to archive the complaint, putting an end to the process regarding the alleged illegalities in the hirings.
