This postponement would place the censure debate on the eve of the parliamentary hearing of the Minister of Internal Administration, Luís Neves, scheduled for Tuesday. Livre understands that this coincidence is not accidental and aims to condition or hinder the hearing of the government official.
The position of Livre arises as a reaction to Chega's strategy of presenting a motion of censure, which the party considers to have no substantive justification, serving only as an instrument of political diversion and disruption of parliamentary proceedings.
