Municipality promotes 'workshop' "Adufes: Songs and Rhythms"

The municipality of Lajes do Pico will promote a 'workshop' entitled "Adufes: Songs and Rhythms", which will take place between September and November. The initiative aims to transmit to participants techniques associated with the adufe, a traditional instrument described as having "great relevance in Portuguese musical heritage".

The workshop will be led by trainer Rui Silva. Throughout the various sessions, participants will be able to explore rhythms, among other content related to this traditional instrument.
