Aguiar-Branco refers to parliamentary leaders whether the motion of censure is debated on September 10 or 17

The president of the Assembly of the Republic, José Pedro Aguiar-Branco, has referred the decision on the date of the debate on Chega's motion of censure against the Government to the parliamentary leaders' conference.

The parliamentary leaders' conference will meet on Thursday to decide whether the debate will take place on September 10 or September 17.

The Chega party is the author of the motion of censure directed at the Government, while Aguiar-Branco presides over the Assembly of the Republic and is responsible for organizing the scheduling of parliamentary work.
