Artists and cultural workers are invited to participate this Friday, September 4, in a collective action during the White Night of Braga, wearing black. The initiative, called "Noite Negra", is promoted by FAROL – Cultural Sustainability Network of Braga, with the aim of drawing attention to the valorization and remuneration of artistic work.

From the generation that changed female sertanejo: Emy and Thaeme release 'Everything But Me'

Emy and Thaeme, two artists who witnessed the transformation of Brazilian female sertanejo from within since the mid-2010s, finally come together musically in the partnership "Tudo Menos Eu" (Everything But Me), released on streaming platforms as part of the "Lado EMY" project, an initiative by Emy that promotes encounters with great female voices in sertanejo music. Thaeme built a prominent career in the genre with her duo with Thiago, which remains active and nationally successful, while Emy spent over ten years of her career as part of Trio Villa Baggage, a group that gained national prominence.
