When the two artists began their professional journeys around 2010, the Brazilian sertanejo scene was quite different. The genre was heading toward one of its greatest expansions, and the female presence, which would later become one of the style's major forces, was still earning its space.
Nearly two decades later, the two artists who witnessed this transformation from within finally come together musically. Thaeme built a prominent trajectory in the genre with her duo with Thiago, which remains active and nationally successful. Emy spent over ten years of her career as part of Trio Villa Baggage, alongside Guilherme and Benuto, a group that gained national prominence.
