Diane Warren, a Grammy, Emmy and Golden Globe-winning composer, inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame and recipient of a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, continues her pursuit of an Oscar for Best Original Song. In 2026, she was defeated for the 17th time in the category.
The artist, however, was able to celebrate a victory in recent days: she won the auction for a piglet. Nicknamed Wilbur, the animal became a TikTok sensation in August when he appeared in several videos walking through the streets of Los Angeles.
After drawing public attention, the animal ended up at an animal shelter in the California city. After waiting a period to see if any owner would come forward looking for the animal, the shelter decided to hold an auction on August 20. That's when Diane Warren made her offer and took the piglet home.
