A Azzas 2154 announced on Wednesday (2) an agreement to reorganize its structure and separate the businesses of Arezzo&Co and Soma into two independent companies, both with publicly traded capital.

The operation was agreed upon between shareholders Alexandre Birman and Roberto Jatahy.
