BuyCo advises sale of stake in Rede Samonte

The partners Vantuir Candido da Silva and Edelenne Tomas de Faria Silva completed a partial sale of their equity stakes in Rede Samonte Drogarias. The merger and acquisition transaction was advised by BuyCo, a company specialized in valuation, M&A and financial structuring for small and medium-sized companies.

The operation represents the conclusion of an important professional cycle for the selling partners, built over years of dedication to the trajectory of Rede Samonte Drogarias.
