The new Palace of Justice of Beja will be inaugurated on September 16. The inauguration ceremony marks the completion of an infrastructure aimed at improving access to justice in the Baixo Alentejo region.
The ceremony is expected to feature the presence of the Prime Minister, Luís Montenegro, and the Minister of Justice, Rita Alarcão Júdice. The presence of both Government members underscores the importance the executive attaches to this judicial infrastructure.
The new building replaces the previous facilities which, according to reports, faced space limitations and less suitable conditions for the functioning of the courts. The new infrastructure is expected to provide better conditions for both justice professionals and citizens who use judicial services in the district of Beja.
