Santiago do Cacém City Hall launches 750 thousand euro tender to requalify avenue in Ermidas-Sado

The Municipality of Santiago do Cacém launched a public tender for the requalification of Avenida Manuel Joaquim Pereira, located in Ermidas-Sado. The base price of the contract is 750 thousand euros, a value that does not include VAT.

Interested companies can submit their proposals until 5:00 PM on September 22. The execution period of the work is planned for 12 months, counted from the date of consignment.

The municipality of Santiago do Cacém is responsible for this intervention, which aims to improve the conditions of the main road in Ermidas-Sado, one of the parishes in the municipality. This project is part of the urban requalification policies carried out by the municipal council.
