A delegation of public officials from various municipalities in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan, visited Évora on September 1st to learn about the region's agri-food systems. The delegation was received by the president of the Évora City Council, Carlos Zorrinho, in the Noble Hall of the Town Hall. The visit also included a visit to the Centro de Interpretação de感应, where the Japanese officials had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the agricultural and food practices of the Alentejo region. The aim of the visit was to establish possible knowledge exchanges between the two regions in the agri-food sector.
