The municipality of Loulé announced its joining of the national awareness campaign "The Blood in Me", an initiative dedicated to raising awareness about blood cancers. The municipality joined this cause in partnership with the Portuguese Association Against Leukemia (APCL), reinforcing its commitment to raising public awareness about this health issue.
The campaign's main objectives are to increase public awareness about blood cancers and contribute to improving care for patients affected by these pathologies. This initiative is part of a national effort to alert the population to the importance of early diagnosis and support for patients.
With this joining, Loulé joins other Portuguese municipalities that already participate in this nationwide campaign. The partnership with APCL aims to strengthen the dissemination of information about blood cancers and promote greater solidarity with patients and their families.
