European Radio Modeling returned to Maçainhas this weekend

The Spaniard Iker Tellez was crowned 2026 European champion of EFRA 1/8 IC Off-Road during the European Radio Modeling Championship that took place at the Maçainhas track, in the district of Guarda, during the weekend. The event brought the European radio modeling competition back to that parish in the municipality of Guarda, exactly sixteen years after the last edition held in the same location. The competition was organized by the Cultural and Sports Association "Os Beirões", with the support of EFRA (European Federation of Radio Car Modeling). This edition thus represented the return of an international radio modeling event to the Guarda region after a hiatus of sixteen years.
