VILA DE REI: Municipality in the National Top 5 for BUPi in August

In August, the Municipality of Vila de Rei once again stood out nationally within the scope of BUPi (Single Property Desk), joining the Top 5 of Portuguese municipalities with the highest percentage of georeferenced matrices.

Throughout the month, more than 600 new matrix articles were registered, surpassing the values previously achieved by the municipality.

BUPi is the Single Property Desk, a platform that allows property owners to proceed with the georeferencing of their properties, contributing to land regularization in Portugal.

Vila de Rei thus demonstrates significant performance in the implementation of this system, positioning itself among the most active municipalities in the country in matters of property cadastre.
