House rental prices in the Autonomous Region of Madeira increased 10.3% in August, compared to the same month last year, reaching a new all-time high. The median rental value in the region was set at 16.2 euros per square meter, according to the idealista price index. In Funchal, the regional capital, rental prices rose 11.3% during the same period, with the price per square meter standing at 17.3 euros. Santa Cruz records a median price of 12.3 euros per square meter.
