A 34-year-old woman was found dead in a hotel unit in Albufeira, in the district of Faro. The body was discovered today, according to information gathered by the Portuguese news agency.

The military authorities, through the GNR, stated that a 34-year-old man was arrested in connection with this case. The individual is suspected of homicide, although the motives for the crime have not yet been disclosed.
