The conversations maintained by former banker Daniel Vorcaro on WhatsApp were analyzed by the Federal Police. In his phone's contact list, no record linked to the name of the Federal Police director-general, Andrei Passos, was found. However, several mentions of Andrei's name were located in the application's conversations.

On April 3, 2024, former minister Fábio Faria sent Vorcaro a message, forwarded from an unidentified interlocutor, asking about an invitation to the Federal Police director-general, Andrei. Following this, the message "Then we close the PGR and the DPF" appeared, followed by responses such as "I think that's great" and "you can invite him." Approximately five minutes later, Fábio informed that they could contact the PF and that "he accepted."

The PF also found a mention of Paulo Gonet, the current attorney general of Brazil, in a conversation on Vorcaro's phone. Additionally, there is a record that Vorcaro asked Minister Alexandre de Moraes for help to secure a meeting with Galípolo before being arrested. A message also addresses Andrei's participation in a legal forum in London.
