The request was to secure a meeting with the president of the Central Bank, Gabriel Galípolo. The message was found on the banker's phone during the Federal Police investigation.
In the text written in the phone's notes app, Vorcaro asked Moraes to try to arrange the meeting so he could present documents that would be filed that week. The banker also stated that an "atomic bomb" was about to go off and that it made no sense for this to happen precisely at the moment a solution was being found.
