The government received Parpública's report on the proposals from Air France-KLM and Lufthansa to purchase TAP. This report comes after the two European airlines submitted their binding proposals in the privatization process of the Portuguese airline.
The proposals were presented on July 29, coinciding with the last day of the deadline established for the submission of binding offers in the TAP privatization tender.
Air France-KLM and Lufthansa are the two main competitors in this process of the Portuguese state's sale of TAP, a process conducted by Parpública, the company responsible for managing the state's interests in this dossier.
