The crisis in Ceuta led the Spanish Government to activate for the first time a legal figure provided since 2015, but never applied until now: the "situation of interest for national security" (SISN). The measure was declared through Royal Decree 681/2026, of August 25, and complemented with the resource declaration approved by Royal Decree 705/2026, of August 26. Dark Horse: Vorcaro would have transferred US$ 1.6 million to film about Bolsonaro, magazine says

Businessman Daniel Vorcaro, owner of Banco Master, would have transferred more than US$ 1.6 million to the production of the film "Dark Horse," a biopic about former President Jair Bolsonaro. The payment was made on September 16, 2025, according to a report from Coaf obtained by Piauí magazine. The documentation indicates that the financial relationship between Vorcaro and Senator Flávio Bolsonaro extended longer than the parliamentarian had previously admitted. The new transfer occurred eight days after Flavio sent messages demanding overdue installments for the film's production. When commenting on the story, Flavio stated that the questions should be directed to the project's funder.
