The Mirandese language will have its own translation of the comic "Astérix na Lusitânia" by the French authors Fabcaro and Didier Conrad. The work will be published in Mirandese, a minority language spoken in the region of Miranda do Douro, in northeastern Portugal. This translation is part of the Astérix series' tradition of being adapted into various languages and dialects from around the world. The announcement of this publication represents a milestone for the valorization and promotion of the Mirandese language.
