The Pestana Group has opened applications for the Growing Together program, an initiative for developing future leaders in the hospitality sector. The program, created in 2008, aims to train professionals to take on leadership positions within the group.
Growing Together offers an 18-month training journey during which participants receive paid training. Those selected have the opportunity to rotate through different areas of the group, which allows them to gain a comprehensive view of how the company operates.
In addition to internal training, the program provides experience in various geographies where Pestana Group is present. This international component aims to prepare future leaders for the challenges of a company with a global presence in the hotel sector.
The program is part of the group's human resources strategy to identify and develop internal talent, ensuring a new generation of managers prepared to lead the hotel chain's operations in different markets.
