Funchal hosts two exhibitions in September featuring modeling, art and sea heritage

The Cultural and Research Centre of Funchal (CCIF) hosts, during the month of September, two exhibitions that cross different forms of artistic and cultural expression, with modeling and Madeira's relationship with the sea in the spotlight.

The first exhibition to open its doors is "Martístico", which begins tomorrow at Gallery A1.

The exhibition is promoted by the Young Ambassadors of MARE-Madeira and brings together 49 works that include photography, video, visual arts and writing, created by participants of different ages.

The band Calcinha Preta and vocalist Marlus Viana published tribute messages on social media mourning the death of their colleague. The burial took place in his hometown.
